Welcome! I’m Melvin Reynolds, an affiliate agent with Cruise Brothers, a trusted name in travel since 1972. With over two decades of experience, I earned my travel agent certification in 1999 from Youngstown State Metro College and Pan Am Travel, and joined Cruise Brothers in 2020. I’m also a Certified Travel Associate (2021) from the Travel Institute and a Certified Cruise Counselor with Cruise Lines International. My passion is crafting unforgettable cruise and travel experiences, especially to incredible destinations like Alaska.

I fell in love with cruising in 2016 on my first trip to Alaska, accompanied by my guide dog, Max. Since then, I’ve become a graduate of Princess Academy, Carnival Academy, Cunard Academy, Royal Caribbean Academy, Celebrity 5 Star Academy, and Disney University. My Alaska expertise shines with certifications like Alaska Specialist (Travel Institute), Alaska Certified Expert (Travel Alaska), Anchorage Wild Expert (Visit Anchorage), and Fairbanks Alaska Midnight Sun (Explore Fairbanks).
